100 Billion Zimbabwe Agro Cheque CIRCULATED (CIRC)
100 Billion Zimbabwe Agro Cheque CIRCULATED (CIRC)
These 100 billion dollar denominated Zimbabwe Agro Cheques are the largest denomination in the 2008 Zimbabwe Special Agro Cheque series. For serious collectors, the catalog number of these notes is P64.
Agro Cheques were a special series of notes printed only in 2008 in Zimbabwe as a special accommodation to facilitate agricultural transactions amid the uncertainty of hyperinflation occurring in the country at the time. They are very rare and especially sought by collector's due to their uniqueness and limited run.
These notes are in circulated condition (CIRC) and packed safely to protect from the elements during shipping. If you have not purchased circulated notes before, they are most easily described as "used" banknotes or showing signs of having been passed in everyday transactions.
This means the paper will feel weaker as they are more worn, creased and folded than uncirculated notes. They may also contain imperfections like pen marks, weak corners, stains or dirt. They are still guaranteed to be authentic and are being offered at a significant discount versus uncirculated notes to account for these imperfections.
