  • We only ship to the United States, Canada, S. Korea and Australia.  We have discontinued shipping to the United Kingdom and the European Union.
  • All orders over $30 receive free standard shipping if an upgrade is not selected.
  • Shipping upgrades to Fedex 2-Day and Overnight service are available for an added fee.  Orders with Fedex shipping upgrades are shipped out the same day, as long as the order comes in before 2pm Eastern Standard time. If the order comes in after 2pm with a Fedex shipping upgrade selected, we will try our best to get it out same day, but can't promise we will be able to. In those cases, your shipment will go out the next shipping day.
  • Fedex does not deliver to P.O. boxes.  If your shipping address is a P.O. box and you select a Fedex upgrade, we will ship your order by the closest delivery option offered by the U.S. Postal Service.
  • We ship all orders within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays) or else we will contact you by email with the reason for any processing delay or required information.
  • If you do not receive your tracking email within 24 hours of your order (except weekends and holidays), please check your junk mail folder or contact us at franktempleton@optimum.net for another copy.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking number once your item has shipped.
  • We fully insure every shipment and stand behind delivery of every order. If your item is lost in transit, we will replace it.
