  • We only ship to the United States, Canada and Australia.  We have discontinued shipping to the United Kingdom and the European Union.
  • PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO WORLDWIDE EVENTS, LABOR SHORTAGES, SUPPLY CHAIN DISRUPTIONS AND HOLIDAY VOLUME INCREASES, UPS, FEDEX AND USPS HAVE SUSPENDED ALL SERVICE GUARANTEES AND ARE DENYING REFUNDS FOR LATE PACKAGES. ALL DATES AND TIMES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY AND SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ON A "BEST EFFORTS" BASIS THROUGH YEAR-END.
  • We ship all orders within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays) or else we will contact you by email with the reason for any processing delay or required information.
  • Fedex orders received by 2pm Eastern Standard Time are shipped same day (except weekends and holidays).
  • Fedex does not ship to P.O. Boxes. All priority and express shipping options sent to a P.O. Box must be shipped via U.S. Postal Service.
  • We ship every day there is postal service, Monday through Saturday.
  • All orders over $30 receive free standard shipping if an upgrade is not selected.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking number once your item has shipped.
  • If you do not receive your tracking email within 24 hours of your order (except weekends and holidays), please check your junk mail folder or contact us at franktempleton@optimum.net for another copy.
  • We fully insure every shipment and stand behind delivery of every order. If your item is lost in transit, we will replace it.
