  • We only ship to the United States and Canada.
  • Fedex shipping options are not available at the moment, but will resume on July 6, 2021.
  • We ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them or else we will contact you by email with the reason for any processing delay or required information.
  • We ship every day there is postal service, Monday through Saturday.
  • All orders over $30 receive free standard shipping if an upgrade is not selected.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking number once your item has shipped.
  • If you do not receive your tracking email within 48 hours of your order (except Sundays and Holidays), please check your junk mail folder or contact us at franktempleton@optimum.net for another copy.
  • We fully insure every shipment and stand behind delivery of every order. If your item is lost in transit, we will replace it.
