  • We only ship to the United States.
  • We ship every day there is postal service, Monday through Saturday, from New York.
  • All orders receive free standard shipping if an upgrade is not selected.
  • Orders received by Noon Eastern Standard time are shipped same day.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking number once your item has shipped.
  • If you do not receive your tracking email within 24 hours of your order (except Sundays and Holidays), please check your junk mail folder or contact us at franktempleton@optimum.net for another copy.
  • Fedex does not ship to P.O. Boxes. All priority and express shipping options sent to a P.O. Box must be shipped via U.S. Postal Service.
  • We fully insure every shipment and stand behind delivery of every order. If your item is lost in transit, we will replace it.
